Due to the hygienic nature of our products we prefer not to accept any returns. Your satisfaction is very important to us so please contact us within 30 days if your product proves faulty, does not match the product ordered on the invoice or was damaged in transit, we will arrange a refund or replacement. We believe that your body is a wonderland and so is our planet. The ingredients in Harvest Moon products are chosen for their skin benefits as well as being gentle on the planet. Our products are made from a blend of natural oils which will improve the texture of your skin as well as hydrate and nourish it. We do not use harsh ingredients, mineral oils, petroleum, phenoxyethanol, parabens, phthalates, SLS, synthetic colour, synthetic fragrance; our products are vegan and not tested on animals. Each product has a subtle smell created by a blend of essential oils, which also have their own benefits. The ecofriendly manufacturing process of natural products reduces the amount of chemicals washed into the ecosystem as it is a much cleaner process. We strive to create clean non-toxic products, which are kind to you and to the planet.

All our products are made with botanical essential oils and it is recommended that you consult with your health care professional before using or testing any of our products.

Before using any product we always recommend doing a patch test on a safe area and waiting 24hrs to see results. If you are allergy prone kindly consult with your health care professional before conducting a patch test. Should you be allergic to any of the ingredients that you were not aware of, please cease use of the relevant Product and consult your healthcare professional should any symptoms persist.

Product expiration date is 24 months from date of manufacture for unopened/unused products. Once product is opened, use within 3 months. Be kind to your product by storing it correctly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keeping it sealed when not in use.

Packaging is recyclable and BPA free. We encourage all our customers to recycle the empty packaging. Remember recycling is only as good as the recycler. Ensure the empty product containers are clean from left over product. We have not used glass as we did not find it a safe option to keep glass products in the shower/bath area and our products have a high oil content. We encourage all our shoppers to look for the nearest recycling spot near you.
